On March 6, 2017 TG
Therapeutics, Inc. issued a press release in which it reported
topline results from its Phase 3
GENUINE clinical trial of TG-1101 (ublituximab) plus ibrutinib in
patients with previously treated high risk chronic lymphocytic
leukemia (CLL). A copy of the press release is being filed
as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated in this Item by
reference.
