On March 1, 2017, Kim E. Sims resigned as a member of the board of directors of Sotherly Hotels Inc. (“Sotherly” or the “Company”), a Maryland corporation and the sole general partner of Sotherly Hotels LP, a Delaware limited partnership, effective immediately. Mr. Sims did not serve on any committees of the board of directors of the Company.
Mr. Sims resignation did not result from any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
