Item 8.01 Other Events.
On March 6, 2017, Seattle Genetics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the lifting of a clinical hold on phase 1 trials of vadastuximab talirine (SGN-CD33A) in acute myeloid leukemia. The Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated by reference herein.
