Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 24, 2017, an agreement (“Amendment No.1 to Pooling and Servicing Agreement” or the “Amendment”) was entered into by and between Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Securities, Inc., as depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as general master servicer, CWCapital Asset Management LLC, as general special servicer, National Cooperative Bank, N.A., as NCB master servicer and as NCB special servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, and Pentalpha Surveillance LLC, as operating advisor and as asset representations reviewer, amending the Pooling and Servicing Agreement (the “Pooling and Servicing Agreement”) previously filed as Exhibit 4.1 to Form 8-K/A dated and filed on October 18, 2016, with respect to Wells Fargo Commercial Mortgage Trust 2016-C35. The purpose of the Amendment was to remove a Mortgage Loan from Schedule 3 to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
