Explanatory Note

This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K dated December 21, 2016, which was filed on December 21, 2016 and assigned SEC Accession No. 0001539497-16-004373 (the “Subject 8-K”). The purpose of this amendment is to file an executed version of, and make clerical and minor revisions to, the agreement previously filed as Exhibit 4.6 to the Subject 8-K. No other changes are being made to the Subject 8-K.

Accordingly, Exhibit 4.6 of the Subject 8-K, which contained the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of November 1, 2016, among Morgan Stanley Capital I Inc., as depositor, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as master servicer, C-III Asset Management LLC, as special servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as certificate administrator, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee, and Park Bridge Lender Services LLC, as operating advisor and asset representations reviewer (the “MSC 2016-BNK2 PSA”), is hereby amended and restated in its entirety by the corrected, executed version of the MSC 2016-BNK2 PSA attached hereto as Exhibit 4.6.
