(c)Appointment of Principal Officers
On March 1, 2017, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Grubhub Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Stanley Chia, 35, to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Chia joined the Company in March 2015 and had been the Company’s Senior Vice President, Operations since such time. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Chia worked at Amazon.com, the online retailer, as General Manager, Amazon Retail Toys and Games (April 2014 to April 2015) and Senior Leader, Worldwide Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (April 2013 to April 2014). From March 2010 to March 2013, he held various positions at Cisco Systems, Inc., the technology company.
