On January 10, 2017, Pioneer Power Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its expectations regarding 2017 revenue growth. The expectations are described in the Company’s press release, dated January 10, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
