Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Form 8-K”), dated and filed as of December 28, 2016, with respect to Morgan Stanley Capital I Trust 2016-BNK2. The purpose of this amendment is to make clerical revisions to, and file an executed version of, the agreement filed as Exhibit 4.8 to the Form 8-K. No other changes have been made to the Form 8-K other than the changes described above.
