Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 1, 2017, Fox Factory Holding Corp. (“Fox”) issued a press release containing Fox’s financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter ended December 30, 2016. A copy of Fox’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
