Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 1, 2017 Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results of operations for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2016. The text of the press release issued by the Company is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
The Company's March 1, 2017 press release also announced that its Board of Directors has approved a $0.09 cash dividend per common share. The dividend is payable on March 28, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 13, 2017.
