Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 27, 2017, LSB Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to report its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2016. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
On February 28, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time) / 9:00 a.m. (Central time), the Company will hold a conference call broadcast live over the Internet to discuss the financial results of the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2016.
