ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On February 27, 2017, we issued a press release providing an update of our Phase I clinical study of CLR 131 in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma following the previously announced successful completion of our third cohort and initiation of Cohort 4 at a 31.25 mCi/m2 dose. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
