Item 5.03 Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On February 23, 2017, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Unity Bancorp, Inc. ("the Company") approved an amendment to the Company's Bylaws. The By-Laws of Unity Bancorp, Inc. reflecting that amendment became effective immediately after approval by the Board and are filed with this Report as Exhibit 3.1.
