Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 24, 2017, the registrant issued a press release and a detailed earnings presentation announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the summary press release and the earnings presentation are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 24, 2017, the registrant issued a press release announcing the declaration of a fourth quarter 2016 distribution of $0.28 per common unit, payable on March 24, 2017 to common unitholders of record as of March 10, 2017. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
