On February 22, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing that Stephanie Herseth Sandlin will resign as General Counsel and Vice President of Corporate Development, in connection with her appointment as President of Augustana University. She will remain with the Company through spring of 2017 for an effective transition. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
