Item 8.01 Other Events.
On February 22, 2017, Inspired Entertainment, Inc. issued a press release regarding a tri-party agreement entered into with the Michigan Bureau of State Lottery (the "Lottery") and platform supplier Pollard Banknote Limited with respect to the supply of its virtual events lottery products. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
