On February 14, 2017, the Compensation Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of BioPharmX Corporation (the “Company”) approved cash bonuses of (i) $60,000 to Anja Krammer, the Company’s President, (ii) $10,000 to Greg Kitchener, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and (iii) $25,000 to Kin F. Chan, the Company’s Executive Vice President of Research and Technology.  These bonuses were based on their achievements in fiscal year 2017 and are expect to be paid in the first quarter of fiscal year 2018. The Committee also approved increases in the annual base salary to the foregoing officers such that their annual base salaries, effective as of February 1, 2017, are as follows: (x) $310,000 for Anja Krammer, (y) $237,000 for Greg Kitchener and (z) $270,000 for Kin F.
