Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 16, 2017, Real Goods Solar, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing a business update. The press release also contained previously disclosed preliminary, unaudited results for its fourth quarter ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
