Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On February 14, 2017, Peter S. Roddy resigned, effective March 9, 2017, as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Pain Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue a job opportunity in the San Francisco Bay Area.
