On February 17, 2017, Monro Muffler Brake, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.17 per share for the fourth quarter of the Company’s 2017 fiscal year, ending March 25, 2017. The dividend will be payable on March 24, 2017 to shareholders of record as of March 14, 2017, including shares of common stock to which the holders of the Company’s Class C Convertible Preferred Stock are entitled.
