ITEM 5.03 Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws: Change in Fiscal Year
Litera Group, Inc. (the “Company”) amended its Articles of Incorporation with the State of Nevada in order to change its name to “First Foods Group, Inc.” (the “Amendment”). The board of directors of the Company approved the Amendments on February 15, 2017. The shareholders of the Company approved of the Amendments by written consent on February 15, 2017. The Amendments became effective on February 16, 2017. We are awaiting approval from FINRA.
ITEM 8.01 Other Events
On February 17, 2017, the Company submitted a request with FINRA to change its ticker symbol from “LRGP” to “FIFO,.” Or “FIFG. We are awaiting approval from FINRA
