Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 16, 2017, Neuralstem, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the completion of subject enrollment in its Phase 2 clinical trial of NSI-189 for the treatment of major depressive disorder. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.01.
