Explanatory Note

 

This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K (the “Original Form 8-K”), dated and filed as of October 19, 2016, with respect to Morgan Stanley Capital I Trust 2016-UBS11. The purpose of this amendment is to make clerical and other minor revisions to the agreement previously filed as Exhibit 4.3 to the Original Form 8-K. No other changes have been made to the Original Form 8-K other than the changes described above.
