CTI BioPharma Corp (the “Company”) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on May 16, 2017, at 10:00 a.m., Pacific time, at the Company’s headquarters, located at 3101 Western Avenue, Suite 600, Seattle, Washington 98121. The record date for the Annual Meeting has been set as the close of business on March 15, 2017.
