On February 7, 2017, Kingstone Companies, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a $0.0625 per share quarterly dividend payable on March 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 28, 2017. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
