Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Laura Gurski has resigned from the Board of Directors of GP Strategies Corporation (the “Company”) effective February 2, 2017. In January 2017, Ms. Gurski informed the Company of a change in her primary employment. At the time she was selected as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company in April 2015, she was employed as a partner at A.T. Kearney, a global management consulting firm. Ms. Gurski left A.T. Kearney in January 2017 for a different opportunity. After discussing the change with the Company, it was agreed to be in the best interest of all concerned if Ms. Gurski were to leave the Board.
