Item 8.01 - Other Events.
On February 8, 2017, the Board of Directors of Evolent Health, Inc. established June 8, 2017, as the date for the company’s 2017 annual meeting of shareholders. The annual meeting will be held in Arlington, Virginia, at 10:00 a.m. EST. The record date for shareholders eligible to vote at the annual meeting was set for April 18, 2017.
