Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 7, 2017, Walker Innovation Inc. issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2016. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto.
