Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Varian Medical Systems, Inc. (“Varian”) is today making available an Unaudited Pro Forma Condensed Consolidated Statement of Earnings of Varian and its subsidiaries for fiscal year 2016 reflecting Varex Imaging Corporation’s historical financial results as discontinued operations, together with a reconciliation to certain Non-GAAP measures, filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
