On February 2, 2017, the Company issued a press release entitled “Zero Gravity Solutions, Inc.’s Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, BAM Agricultural Solutions, Inc., Signs an Exclusive Distribution Agreement for the Republic of South Africa.” A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
