Item 2.02 Results of Operation
On February 2, 2017, Xplore Technologies Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
The Company will hold a conference call on Thursday, February 2, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. ET to discuss the Company’s financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2016. Interested parties in the United States can access the call by dialing 866-777-2509. A replay of the conference call will be available until February 16, 2017 by calling 877-344-7529 and entering conference ID number: 10100199.
