Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 2, 2017, Peak Resorts, Inc. issued a press release announcing increases in season pass sales and total skier visits from the beginning of the ski season through January 29, 2017 as compared to the comparable prior year period. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
