EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this amendment to our Report on Form 8-K for the events of January 26, 2017, filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on January 26, 2017 (the “Form 8-K”), is to include the effective date of the Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation, which is February 16, 2017. This amendment speaks as of the original filing date of the Form 8-K and does not reflect events that may have occurred subsequent to the original filing date.
SECTION 5 – CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On January 26, 2017, upon written consent of the board of directors and the majority shareholder, who holds enough common and preferred shares to create a greater than 80% voting position, Article I of the Articles of Incorporation was amended to change the corporate name to REAC Group, Inc. as follows:

The above amendment will be effective on February 16, 2017.
