On January 26, 2017, the Company held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders. As of the record date of November 30, 2016, 183,102,940 shares of the Company’s Common Stock were outstanding and entitled to vote. Of this amount, 169,478,080 shares, representing approximately 92.56% of the total number of eligible voting shares, were represented in person or by proxy constituting a quorum.
