(e) On January 26, 2017, we amended our Third Amended and Restated Employment Agreement with Thomas J. Paup, our Senior Vice President – Finance and CFO, to extend the term of his agreement through March 31, 2018. A copy of the letter agreement effecting this amendment is filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
