INTRODUCTORY NOTE
Exhibit 99.1 to the Registrant's Form 8-K filed on January 26, 2017 included typographical errors that are corrected by Exhibit 99.1 filed herewith. The typographical errors were in the table under the sections captioned "Financial Highlights" and "Non-GAAP Financial Measures."
Item 2.02 – Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On January 26, 2017 LSI Industries Inc. ("LSI" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing operating results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
