Amendments to Share Repurchase Program
On January 25, 2017, the board of directors (the “Board”) of Healthcare Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) approved an amendment to the Company’s existing share repurchase program (the “SRP”) changing the date on which any repurchases are to be made in respect of requests made during the calendar year 2016 to no later than March 15, 2017, rather than on or before the 31st day following December 31, 2016. All other terms of the SRP remain in effect, including that repurchases pursuant to the SRP are at the sole discretion of the Board.
