Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 27, 2017, Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
