On January 26, 2017, Wellesley Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the stock holding company for Wellesley Bank, issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release dated January 26, 2017 is attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is furnished herewith.
