Elias Barrios, Senior Vice President, Global Operations & Supply Chain of Masonite International Corporation (the “Company”) will be leaving the Company effective March 10, 2017 to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Barrios’ separation from the Company will be treated as a termination without “Cause” under his employment agreement with the Company, entered into effective as of December 31, 2015.
