Section 2 – Financial Information
Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 26, 2017, Lear Corporation issued a press release reporting financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of 2016 and confirming its financial outlook for the full year of 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
