ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On January 26, 2017, Capstone Companies, Inc., a Florida corporation, ("Company") issued a press release announcing that it will be attending the 2017 MoneyShow Orlando Investor Conference ("MoneyShow") from February 9 to 11, 2017. The Company's Chief Executive Officer will also be participating in the Market-Cap Highlight Track of the MoneyShow Hub on Thursday February 9, 2017 and he will be a member of the Nano/Micro Cap Panel later that day.
The press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1. Presentation materials of the Company at the MoneyShow will be filed as an exhibit to the amendment to this Current Form 8-K.
