On January 24, 2017, Zosano Pharma Corporation received a letter from the Director of NASDAQ Listing Qualifications notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with the requirement of the NASDAQ Stock Market to maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share.
The letter noted that as of the close of trading on January 20, 2017, the Company evidenced a closing bid price of its common stock that was greater than or equal to the $1.00 minimum requirement for at least ten consecutive trading days. Accordingly, the Company has regained compliance with NASDAQ Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and NASDAQ considers the matter closed.
