Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 25, 2017 the Registrant issued a press release and held a conference call with analysts to report on the results of operations for the fourth quarter and full year for fiscal year 2016, which ended on November 30, 2016.
Furnished with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release labeled “McCormick Fourth Quarter Performance Led To Record 2016 Financial Results; Continued Growth Expected in 2017,” which includes a Consolidated Income Statement for the three and twelve month periods ended November 30, 2016, a Consolidated Balance Sheet of the Registrant as of November 30, 2016, and a Consolidated Cash Flow Statement for the twelve months ended November 30, 2016.
