On January 25, 2017, MainSource Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.  The press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.

On January 25, 2017, the Company also announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $.16 per share payable on March 15, 2017 to common shareholders of record as of March 6, 2017.  The press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
