Item 7.01 - Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 24, 2017, JLL Income Property Trust issued a press release announcing the income tax treatment of its 2016 dividends. For the tax year ended December 31, 2016, 100 percent of the distributions paid in 2016 will qualify as a non-dividend distribution or return of capital.
The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
