ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On January 25, 2017, Cascade Bancorp, the holding company for Bank of the Cascades, announced by press release its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is included with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
