On January 20, 2017, BancFirst Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 registering the potential sale, from time to time, of an indeterminate number of shares of the Company’s common stock.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
