ITEM 7.01                                    Regulation FD

 

On January 12, 2017, Trinseo S.A. (the “Company”) published certain data on historical styrene monomer margin over raw materials along with historical prices of styrene and key raw material inputs of styrene, including providing the current month’s European styrene monomer price.  Trinseo believes that providing the most recently available styrene margin information will provide investors with additional insight into the business performance of its Feedstocks reporting segment.  This data will be updated periodically and made available on the Company’s investor relations website, http://investor.trinseo.com/investor-relations/overview/default.aspx, under the Styrene Margin Data tab.  To receive notices of data updates, select the Styrene Margin Data alert option located in the Email Alerts section at the bottom of each Investor Relations web page.
