Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 18, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing preliminary fourth quarter 2016 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. Pursuant to General Instruction B.2. of Form 8-K, all of the information contained in this Item 2.02 and the accompanying Exhibit 99.1 shall be deemed to be "furnished" and not "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and, therefore, shall not be incorporated by reference in any filing under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
